I am a WEM consultant with a background in Resource Planning using multiple WFM solutions. Experienced in contact centre Planning, Real-Time, Dialler and Forecasting along-side management and coaching within a contact centre. I have experience planning for inbound, outbound and blended contact centres across multiple sites. I have proven ability planning on-the-day, short-term and mid-term creating efficient planning that meets the needs of the business and it’s customers. I am confident in building and managing relationships with stakeholders to ensure planning meets ongoing stakeholder needs. I enjoy tackling new challenges individually or as part of a team and have a have a mature and responsible attitude towards work. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring I remain flexible to business demands. I find it very easy to adapt my skills to my surroundings, taking charge if required and motivating others along with myself. I am willing to learn new skills and develop my experiences further strengthening my opportunities for development.
