Background

About Shavaughn Haack

Organised, deliberative, and impact-focused — I’m a digital strategist expending my focus into project and production management roles where I can plan, structure, and deliver high-quality work across teams. With over 10 years’ experience leading social media campaigns in the nonprofit and youth sectors, I bring deep experience in strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering cross-platform projects. I enjoy creating order from chaos, defining clear timelines, and aligning creative, data, and delivery. I’ve led social campaigns, managed paid ads, and collaborated with designers, producers, and content leads to launch work that moves the needle. Now, I’m looking to apply those skills in a new context — creative production, campaign ops, or project management — where I can scale impact, grow within a more commercial sector, and help teams stay aligned and focused. I’m especially interested in media, tech, creative agencies, and values-led startups. I value autonomy, flexibility, and high standards — and I love working in environments where structure and creativity meet.
