About Shawn Edwards

I am a Business Systems Engineer focused on re-architecting enterprise processes within ISO 13485 and FDA-regulated manufacturing environments. My work centers on modernizing ERP and eQMS platforms to replace manual workflows, embed regulatory governance into digital systems, and increase real-time operational visibility across quality, production, finance, and supply chain functions.I have led digital change control transformation initiatives, including conversion of paper-based document processes into structured electronic workflows with tiered approval models, automated governance controls, and impact-based routing logic. With a foundation in quality engineering and industrial systems thinking, I specialize in designing scalable system architecture that reduces bottlenecks, improves compliance traceability, and strengthens cross-functional alignment.I am particularly interested in building enterprise systems that enable smart growth, operational clarity, and long-term organizational resilience.
