Background

About Shawn G.

With over 10 years of sales experience in the medical, pharma, dental, and retail industries, I am an experienced sales professional who delivers positive results through my relentless and assertive sales efforts. I have a proven track record of seeking out new business, growing existing accounts, and exceeding sales quotas and goals. Most recently, I worked as an account consultant at Allergan, where I provided buy and bill solutions for optometrists and ophthalmologists treating patients with glaucoma. I was responsible for knowing the ins and outs of the accounts, billing, reimbursement, treatment paradigms, and customer needs. Previously, I was an eye care specialty rep at Allergan and a territory manager at Bausch Health, where I sold products and services for periodontitis, clear aligners, and biologics. In these roles, I demonstrated my skills in communication, relationship building, strategic planning, and competitive analysis. I am passionate about helping customers find the best solutions for their patients and their businesses. I am motivated by challenges, opportunities, and personal growth. I am looking for a new opportunity where I can leverage my expertise in eye care and periodontitis, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company.
