About Shawn Hasbrouck

As a current Area Director with Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurants overseeing 6 restaurants with over 800 employees, 48 managers and $51.6 + million P&L accountability, I have been successful in turning around underperforming restaurants through strategic planning/execution, working with General Managers and management teams to overcome challenges and achieve exceptional results. My success has been based on strengths including operational compliance, staff training, development, coaching, P&L management, cost control initiatives, test market research, revenue and profit growth, operational analysis, facilitating teamwork, new restaurant operational strategy, and process improvements. Leadership accomplishments came from my design for success that focuses on evolving leadership talent, attaining operational excellence, and sustaining General Manager behavior, morale, teamwork, and accountability. In addition, I have other intangible qualities including my committed work ethic, communication skills, professionalism, commitment to corporate values, and aptitude to lead by example. I have been successful in translating strategy into results and I am confident in my ability to make a substantial impact on the performance, profitability, revenue growth, and efficiency within any organization.
