Experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. Skilled in Test Automation, Mobile Applications, Test Management, eCommerce, VR/AR applications, Agile (CSM), and Test Planning. Strong quality assurance professional who has worked in a fast paced digital agency while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with cross-disciplinary teams. Working in an agency has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, in creating amazing digital experiences, to solve the hardest problems for brand name clientele, worldwide. It takes a positive attitude, perseverance and great follow-through to maintain the course of a fast moving project. All while using the latest technologies to get the job done and sometimes in providing a solution today, for a potential problem tomorrow. A QA Engineer is not only responsible for identifying bugs during a project. The person with this title must also monitor and improve quality by identifying ways and making suggestions for how to improve the QA process. On agile projects, a QA Engineer might even need to assist/fill-in for the Project Manager/ScrumMaster roles or even help with Technical/Developer tasks. In other words, a QA Engineer might be required to wear many hats. My agency experience has given me a strong foundation to wear "many hats" and the ability to maintain a high level of excellence. Working directly with developers, project managers, technical analysts and management, has provided me the skills in making a quality product for a happy customer, using a variety of testing tools, methodologies and applications to get the job done!
