About Shawn Kunkel

I have spent a few decades across all levels of QA, from button pushing through management, to creating entire departments and test automation suites. I 'think in QA', and believe that quality engineers serve a critical function in an organization's risk management scheme. I am adept at analysis, sizing, prioritizing and implementation. I enjoy workplace methodologies that generatively enforce team efforts and collaboration, while respecting the individual team member's ability to function independently wherever needed. I am rapidly able to grok new tech, in the event it is needed for a task. With me, I bring a passion for both the industry and my work, and a track record of successfully wrapping my head around bleeding edge technology, while helping brilliant people to shape it into wonders. I hope to find an organization that values me as much as I do them, and that together we make incredible things happen.
