Enjoy troubleshooting issues for customers, whether it be one-on-one or by way of remote interface technologies. The last 3-4 years, I have helped administer our IT infrastructure primarily remote with on-site time as needed & with minimal supervision. In that time I’ve accomplished projects ranging from regular Server OS & Application Upgrades for Tech Debt Mitigation, On-Premise to Cloud Server Migrations, I took lead on an On-Premise Server Room Environmental Monitoring Solution implementation to closely watch for leaks/excessive heat/utility power fluctuations & regularly coordinated with our Facilities team during issues or outages, and a whole Server Room UPS & PDU upgrade just to name a few. Daily virtual environment management, frequent vulnerability patch mitigation, frequent Cisco CUCM/UCCX/CSQ support, numerous day to day user and team support & training or documentation activities, amongst a large variety of support for other well known IT solutions. I find great joy in coordinating with business stakeholders for process improvements, training users & team staff, and working closely with staff of all levels to accomplish mutual goals & improve business operations.
