About Shawn McCallister

Shawn has been with the Boeing Company since January 2012. She is a highly effective manager with experience leading teams, directing cross-functional programs and projects across multiple disciplines and business units. She is a S & FP Senior Manager of the Business Resilience group. This group consists of: Supply Chain Security, Supply Chain Preparedness, Cyber SCRM Integration, Business Preparedness and Business Integration. Shawn previously worked in Facilities and the Office of Internal Governance and is a graduate of the Boeing Enterprise Auditor Leadership Program. During her time with Corporate Audit, Shawn participated in BDS, IT, Supplier Management and SOX audits. Before joining the Boeing Company, Shawn was the Director of Emergency Management for the largest community-based, healthcare system in the state of Washington. Shawn has a BA degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership. She is a Certified Emergency Manager (International Association of Emergency Managers) and a Master Business Continuity Practitioner (Disaster Recovery Institute, Int'l).
