3 years ago I transitioned from the administrative arena to the behavioral health field where I have hit the ground running certified as a Peer Support Specialist, Behavioral Health Para-Professional and am currently working on validating my Behavioral Health Tech status. I have written the teachers manual for the Job Prep class for a local behavioral health provider. I am trained to work the DB101 Social Security calculator, I am currently licensed through Arizona Dept of Health to facilitate CDSMP (chronic disease self management program) workshops. I am in the process of expanding my training and knowledge to better serve our vets returning from deployment and the community at large. 2014 and I am pleased to add cheesy recording artist to this website. I recently set up a humble home studio and am recording about 20 years worth of original written music. I look forward to posting those musical and video achievements as well.Prior experience: 10 years administrative, office support and front/back office management experience. Also experienced in floor supervisor training and coaching little eager beaver marketers. 2007 I gained office management experience in the kitchen remodeling industry managing front/back office, warehouse, inventory and some of our various job sites. Professional skills include reconciling accounts/invoices/revenue, financial services, billing, mail/correspondence processing and personnel management. Soft skills include critical thinking, active learning, effective communicating, complex problem solving and troubleshooting, considered systematic with excellent time management, excel in stable/unstable circumstances, and would be described by peers as resourceful and creative, a quick learner and great teacher, as well as service and detail oriented.
