About Shawn Pardue

I am the lead data analyst for the 309th AMXG at Hill AFB, UT, but I have worked in multiple analyst positions. I excel at building MS Access databases and programing cross platform applications between MS Office products. I currently develop databases for tracking training, onboarding and leadership reports. I enjoy the challenges of development and working with others to understand workflow and processes that can be improved. I strive to automate processes to standardize functions that make everyone's workload lighter. I retired from the active duty Air Force in 2020 and pursued various education during my service. During my time in the service I was told "No" on several occasions when I asked to help repair several databases. This drove me to make choices that would increase my understanding of data and technology. I worked on a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology that gave me the foundation for continuing on to earn an MBA, IT Management. Opportunities in my professional career have opened for me through the demonstration of the skills and knowledge that I have learned. I am looking to take on a management career in the Information Technology field within the next year. I currently hold a Top Secret Clearance and I am open to any opportunity that is thrown at me.
