I’m a Senior Asset Manager specializing in multifamily operations and capital project execution, with a focus on stabilizing assets, solving operational challenges, and protecting long-term value.At Laguna Point Properties, I oversee a multi-market portfolio and serve as the owner’s representative across day-to-day operations and complex capital initiatives. I work directly with property management teams to drive leasing performance, rent execution, expense discipline, and collections, while also leading capital programs such as deferred maintenance remediation, renovations, mechanical and life-safety upgrades, and insurance-funded rebuilds.I’m hands-on by design. I actively diagnose underperformance, step in when execution drifts, and build practical systems—dashboards, KPI trackers, and capital tracking tools—that create real accountability and visibility. I also partner closely with lenders and insurers, managing escrow-controlled capital, inspections, and reporting to ensure projects move forward efficiently.Financial analysis supports everything I do, but execution is the priority. My goal is to bridge strategy and operations—turning plans into results and complexity into clarity.
