I am a experienced manager with extensive experience supervising numerous cross-functional teams with diverse development and artistic expertise. Over the past 20 years, I've mastered every aspect of software development and creative pipelines in content production and software development environments. I thrive on tackling frequent challenges and finding cost-effective ways to boost efficiency. This includes successfully outsourcing development, implementing and coordinating Agile development environments, and applying continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodology for both creative and software development. I’m proud to have led my 3D content development team to achieve Center of Excellence (CoE) status. I embrace opportunities with enthusiasm and am known for my effective communication skills. By developing a strong team, coaching and mentoring to enhance their soft skills, and fostering pride and team spirit, I ensure the success of my team, programs, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
