About Shawn Williams

Successful entrepreneurs are lifelong learners who are constantly looking for ways to improve and grow.” Welcome! I am Shawn Williams, owner, and founder of Iron Phoenix Inspections LLC. I am a native of Aurora, Colorado and have worked with my hands in many capacities for over 20 years. In those years I have gained a variety of skills and understanding of systems. I now use those skills to help people know and love their homes for their health, safety, and peace of mind. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve people here in the Denver metro area. I am passionate about continuing to grow and expand much as I have witnessed the growth of our great community. “You always win when doing good work with good people.” Iron Phoenix Inspections was established in October 2018. While worldwide challenges were upon us, we were fortunate enough to weather the storm and thrive in the face of the COVID-19 global pandemic. We attribute much of our ability to sustain with the community involvement at South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) and Denver NAREB. This has given me the honor of winning Affiliate of the Year at SMDRA in 2021 and continuing to contribute as chair of the I.D.E.A. committee (2023) and as an Ex-Officio Board Member (2023) at SMDRA. “Good Service is Good Business”Our services include home inspections, commercial property inspections, and Denver rental license inspections.
