About Shawn Wolfe

Raised all my life in Eastern NC, and a graduate of East Carolina University, I've spent the last 15 years of my professional career in Learning and Development. For the past 15 years, I have enjoyed developing and implementing training courses and managing diverse and dynamic teams of professionals while facilitating a variety of core service materials to our internal customers. I have employed the ADDIE model as an effective tool in the creation of blended learning solutions which includes conducting needs and gap analysis, partnering with SME's to identify resources, develop new courses, and developing assessments while evaluating training effectiveness through various post-training feedback analysis. The past 7 years though I have specifically implemented and managed Learning Management Systems. I have successfully launched and maintained numerous Learning platforms for telecommunications, apartment investing and property management, and homeschooling companies. I have expert skills and training for a myriad of systems (e.g, LMS's such as Cornerstone, eLogic, Absorb, and Canvas, SharePoint, CRM's, and all Microsoft Office Suite programs) and have advanced to expert working skills in programming and database analysis skills in systems such as Excel, Access, HTML, CSS and SQL. I have over 3 years working in project management with agile methodologies. I also have expert working skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Indesign, and Illustrator) and also expert working skills with Articulate 360, Camtasia, Inkscape, and Snagit.
