About Shawna Baum

With over 8 years of experience in human resources, I am a SHRM-CP certified HR business partner at Celonis, a leading process mining software company. As an HRBP, I support the Value Engineering department of ~100 employees, advising and coaching senior leadership, facilitating action planning, and supporting global expansion initiatives. I am also a leadership and empowerment coach, trained by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I help individuals and teams achieve their personal and professional goals, overcome challenges, and develop their potential. I have a passion for diversity and inclusion, and I spearheaded the launch of the first D&I survey at DailyPay, a fintech startup where I previously worked as a senior HRBP. I have a master's degree in organizational behavior, systems and analytics from New York University, with a focus on change management and training.
