With years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams, I’m passionate about creating designs that streamline project execution, reduce risks, and improve constructability. My focus is on providing tailored design strategies and troubleshooting support, enabling project teams to maintain momentum and achieve their objectives efficiently. Prior to leading Enterra Engineering, I held roles as a Senior Engineer, Project Manager, and Technical Team Leader at Isherwood Geostructural Engineers, where I contributed to some of Toronto’s most high-profile underground transit and waterfront projects. My expertise spans the design of complex excavation support systems, including micropile shoring, tied-back shoring, internal bracing, and foundation design for transit stations, tunnels, and large-scale infrastructure projects. I have managed a wide range of projects across multiple sectors, including the Union Station Revitalization, Toronto York Spadina Subway Extension, and Eglinton Crosstown LRT. Notable achievements include designing innovative solutions for traffic decks, emergency exit buildings, and tunnel launch/exit shafts, as well as leading internal design teams to optimize sequencing and constructability. Some of my key accomplishments include- Spearheading the design and project management of complex SOE systems for major transit infrastructure projects, ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to strict regulatory standards- Innovating designs that have significantly improved constructability and schedules, such as the redesign of "mega piles" for the One at 1 Bloor West project and developing a hybrid micropile shoring system for The Shift at 25 Ontario, which saved over a year in project timelines- Actively contributing to technical writing, risk management, and company-wide initiatives, including leadership roles in charity efforts (CARE team).
