I work where leadership, capability and organisational growth meet, turning strategic priorities into practical development that builds stronger leaders, future-ready skills and measurable impact.Across complex, evolving and technology-enabled environments, I’ve partnered with executives and senior leaders on leadership development, capability uplift, performance and organisational readiness. My work spans strategy through to execution, including development design, facilitation, stakeholder engagement and using data and insight to guide decisions and measure what changes. Over several years, this work has also been recognised through industry awards for learning and capability excellence.I’m curious by nature and enjoy experimenting with new approaches where they genuinely improve learning, growth and performance. More recently, that has included exploring generative AI, LLMs and digital tools to build AI literacy, support adoption and create more personalised, scalable development experiences. I’m most interested in practical application, human-centred design and bringing people with me so change feels useful, not overwhelming.I’m also a speaker and panel contributor on leadership, learning, AI and the future of capability, and a strong believer in making knowledge more accessible, practical and valuable for more people.Having worked across London, Dublin, Central Europe and Australia, I bring a broad perspective on leadership, culture and growth. Outside work, I’m a winter swimmer at Bondi Icebergs, volunteer with Achilles, and a regular at Parkrun (250 and counting).
