About Shawna Rasch

Founder and Executive Director of Biscuits Cat Haven. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on feline rescue, rehab & rehome. We strive to partner with other rescue, nonprofit & transfer service organizations by offering intermediary foster assistance so we can serve & save more furry felines. In addition to this partnership, we offer feral cat colony education, TNR services, relocation assistance, & more. Our long-term goal is to not only make a local impact, but global impact on feline overpopulation as well as have a sanctuary for cats unable to find their furever home and feral cat colonies. Experienced business partner professional that establishes connections and communications that create positive and successful outcomes. Identify companywide interdepartmental gaps and process/procedural inefficiencies. Create programs, business processes and training support that improve overall communication, company culture, employee retention and interdepartmental relationships.
