About Shawna White

I am a passionate leader with over 25 years of experience in the management and growth of museum/gallery operations, collections, philanthropic capacity, sponsorship opportunities and government funding. A consummate professional; I am driven to achieve results through strategic planning and relationship building. We succeed as a team, and I am dedicated to building strong teams through trust, collaboration and accountability. I care deeply about the people that I work with and the projects that we undertake together. For me, working in Museums and Galleries extends beyond a career. I have demonstrated expertise in the business side of cultural organizations having successfully run my own consulting company for over 10 years, managing a staff of 10 and projects valued at $3.2 million. I am continually learning, listening, and seeking out those who have the skills and wisdom to help me, wherever they may be found. I am committed. I am accountable. I am resourceful. I value quality over quantity. I get the job done, on time, and within budget. I am Shawna White. Let’s start a conversation; I’d love to know who you are.
