As a human resource professional, I believe I have a responsibility to provide not just exceptional service to the company and employees but a responsibility to provide an environment that is welcoming no matter what kind of day I could be having. I pride myself in being a people person first not because my job requires that of me but because i most importantly require that of myself. Being people focused is the heart of HR and that I pride myself in being. My masters degree in human resource management from Mercy college is the educational foundation to my career in HR. As a Human Resource professional, I have been dedicated, detail oriented, and determined to solve every issue and concern. I’m passionate about reaching and providing results. Each and every day is a new day to learn something new. HRIS has been another passion I’ve acquired along the journey as I’ve learned the show doesn’t happen without the people running it behind the scenes. My passion for people is why I am a Human Resources professional.
