Throughout my long tenure in the boardroom, I have developed the leadership skills and professional network to enable success for any company. I’ve led partnerships, transactions, and compliance initiatives for companies in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. Highlights of my career include: ü Co-led with the CFO the $1.9B sell-side acquisition of Zogenix by UCB. ü Served on C-level team for Aptevo spinoff that grew into $23M in revenue. ü Acted as board advisor and corporate secretary at 4 companies. ü Worked with CFO to define, execute, and promote Zogenix’s ESG narrative. ü Created Genomatica’s first standardized compliance and reporting program. Beyond work, I have a passion for giving back to underserved communities and women. This passion is what led me to join multiple nonprofit boards over the years, including Life Science Cares Bay Area, How Women Lead, the Urban League of Metropolitan Area, and ArtsFund.
