I am a Product Manager at Sergata, a leading SAAS product company, with over three years of experience in the field. I have a product management certificate from Technion, one of the top-ranked universities in Israel, and a UX Vision certification from John Bryce, a renowned training center for UX design. My core competencies include creative direction, user experience design, user journeys planning, and agile methodologies. I am responsible for delivering user-centric and innovative solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and users. I collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including the R&D team, to execute the technical demands and plan the releases scope and feature priorities. I also manage business collaborations with partners such as Amex and Max, ensuring the quality and performance of our product. I am passionate about enhancing the usability and aesthetics of our product, and I continuously learn and improve my skills and knowledge in the field.
