About Shay Ghaemi

I hold empathy and communication in the highest regards, as such it has helped me become a passionate and hard working concise individual within the customer service and human relations sector. I am currently studying BSc (HONS) Business and Management at the University of Salford, with a keen interest in becoming a future business owner as I possess an entrepreneurial mindset and I am hungry to proove to myself and other's that I can deliver to any task or targets delegated towards myself, many of wich already play into my current employment. I am inquisitive and creative always tending to keep up to date with the latest fashion brands as an employee at one of the U.K's largest fast fashion retailer. During my part time job I was able to develop excellent customer service and and problem solving skills by meeting customer requires. My employment and studies have helped put me in a position with knowledge and skills gained that I feel I will be of value to any organization or institution I may join in the future. Currently whilst studying I am working part time, with the aim of finding an internship, future graduate placement or full time employment within the fashion and beauty industry sector. I hope to show my skills and knowledge that i have gained and learnt over the last few years to future employers and to the customers whom I deeply care about.
