About Shay Razon

With over 30 years of commercial and financial experience, I specialize in technology and innovation, and possess a proven track record of driving company growth and business development. Having expertise in M&A, systems integrations, financial management, and strategic planning, I am backed by over 24 years of experience in the Far East, and possess a strong international background working cross-culturally with countries such as Korea, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Australia, etc. In my current role as Chief Financial Officer APAC at Verint Systems, I oversee more than 18 countries and manage all APAC business operations across 12 offices. I am responsible for GTM approaches, logistics, general administration, financial reporting, regional management, and more. I am a Board Member for several affiliates in Verint, and am also currently on the board for Carmel School Association LTD (previously acting as their Chairman of the Board from 2015 - 2022). My Past Board Membership experience included several NGO's and Gold Star Line LTD affiliates. As a people focused leader, I believe strong management is achieved by creating motivation and loyalty in the workplace through effective communication, collaboration and empowerment. I am extremely active within my community and outside of work, and take interest in community service, sport and hiking. I have a B.B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Haifa University, and received my Master’s in Accountancy, and Board Governance Training from Bar Ilan University. I am also a Certified Public Accountant and am fluent in English and Hebrew.
