Shay Schmidt, CFA, CAIA Executive Director, is a portfolio manager of the Alternatives Investment Strategy and Solutions team at JPMorgan Asset Management. Shay is responsible for portfolio design and management of discretionary multi-alternatives investment solutions for clients globally, which encompass real estate, real assets, private credit, private equity, and other alternative investments. She is a voting member of the team's Investment Committee. Shay has authored numerous white papers on private market investing and is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry or firmwide conferences and webinars on alternative markets. Shay is a main contributor to the JPMorgan Asset Management's flagship publication - the Long-Term Capital Market Assumptions - and is responsible for developing annual alternatives assumptions across real assets and financial alternatives.
