About Shayda Shwan

I thrive at the intersection of research, strategy, and real-world impact. I specialise in negotiation psychology, strategy, value creation, and evidence-based decision-making. My PhD research explores how to create efficient negotiation outcomes while maintaining strong relationships. I focus on practical applications of negotiation science, leadership strategies, and decision-making. As Coordinator of the European Negotiation Hub (ENHub), I lead industry-academic collaborations and organize high-impact events, including expert seminars, conferences, think tanks, and negotiation competitions with 200+ professional negotiators. I have presented my work at international conferences to corporate leaders, policymakers, and negotiation researchers, helping them apply research-backed strategies. I am now expanding my focus beyond academia to work with organizations seeking strategic negotiation insights, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making approaches. Open to conversations on industry applications, collaborations, and knowledge exchange.
