Hello, If you are reading this you should know that I am not perfect. I feel like we all make mistakes and endure set backs in life. Those set backs are what makes us stronger and build our character. I believe in only going forward in life. I don't think a title or a position should determined our success. I believe happiness is the ultimate success in life. Education & Experience are the most valuable to me. I have been in the customer service industry since I was 17. I am honored to have gotten to work in food service, hospitality, and banking for most my young career. I also have knowledge in some HR and Administration support. I am very privileged to have been through those experiences that helped grow who I am today. Currently, I am working as a customer service representative for a financial company, that offers a wide variety of finance services to our customers and clients. My position involves being on the phone sometimes ten hours a day ensuring our customers get the best knowledge of their financing services offered through Genesis Financial Solutions. I honestly think everyone should try working in a call center, at first I thought I would never like it but this experience has truly improved my personal skills. I realized all people just want to be heard and I feel like most of the population lack active listening skills. Besides working in the corporate world, I also invest time towards other partnerships and programs. I volunteer for non profits and I enjoy hosting events. I am focused and dedicated to fitness, family/friends, and travel. I am open to any and all opportunities for self growth and in the pursue of helping others. I just want to leave you with this note, don't live in the opinions of others. Be yourself, be an incredible example, and don't live in the comfort zone.
