In my current role, I oversee the administration of core operational systems, lead bank-wide projects and process cleanups, and ensure compliance through regular updates to workflows and documentation. I’ve managed everything from new branch openings and remodels to coordinating contract renewals and partnering with vendors for cost-effective solutions. I also lead the Bank’s Security Program—conducting inspections, testing equipment, training staff, and coordinating with law enforcement when needed. My role bridges the gap between frontline staff, back-office teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on operations, compliance, and customer service excellence.
