Hello, I'm Shayla, My passion is to transform how small businesses foster deep connections with people through engaging graphics & digital strategies. I take great pleasure in devising novel and creative approaches to tasks and imparting my knowledge to others. You and I, will probably get along if you enjoy discussing what companies and brands are doing to transform different industries (such as Canva, who is killing the game). From an early age, I have harboured a genuine interest in business. In fact, I was known in the neighbourhood as the enterprising child. My sister and I were always the kids in the street who would have a table of citrus fruits and eggs set up in front of my parent's country home, trying to make some extra pocket money. This early interest in business has stayed with me and led me to pursue a Bachelor of Business and Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and Finance ‍. In my free time, you can often find me at one of the Mid-North Coast's local beaches, soaking up the sun or drinking coffee with a friend. I am also an avid learner and enjoy investing my time in developing new skills and knowledge. Whether through online courses or reading books, I am always eager to expand my understanding and stay ahead of the curve.
