About Shaylene Frago

In my scope of work I simplify menstrual and fertility health for driven working millennial woman. My mission is to help women sync their lifestyle, business, social life, and more to work with the natural cyclical rhythms their body goes through. For women who wish to transition off of birth control I also help assistant in creating a meal template and best practices to ensure the transition goes smoothly. Overall I want to see more women who know how their bodies actually work and feel empowered rather than defeated by PMS, pesky acne, fatigue, and cramping. I graduated from University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelors of Science. I became a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition. I recently became a certified doula through Mama Glow. I also graduated from a program as an NLP practitioner and life and success coach through Yes Supply Co. When it comes to areas of health, wellness, fitness, women's health, personal development, spiritual development, and the self help world I am an amazing teacher and advocate for a holistic approach to life. I am open to remote work opproetunies as a support coach for your wellness or coaching company, being hired as a wellness advocate to speak to groups on personal growth and mental health, and what I love most is teaching women in group settings about menstrual and fertility health.
