About Shayna Williams

Already having over a decade of cash handling and customer service experience I started expanding my journey into Technology. As an IT Technician at Agilant Solutions INC, I supported and maintained various IT systems and devices, such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and printers. I troubleshot software and network issues, migrated servers, and conducted virus and adware removals. I also have experience with remote connectivity software, such as RDP, Citrix, and Cisco VPN. I currently have my LAN & WAN Administrator certification from the Ace Institute of Technology, where I have learned PC Technician, Networking Concepts, Security, Microsoft Windows Server and Client Administration, Cisco Router Administration, and Virtualization. I have used VMWare Pro to create and manage virtual machines. I am adaptable to change and willing to adopt new tools and technologies, and I have excellent troubleshooting and communication skills. My goal is to develop my skills and utilize my knowledge and experience to the fullest and acquire additional ones in the IT field.
