As a Senior Hospitalist & Intensivist Program Director at HNI Healthcare, I lead a team of physicians and advanced practice providers who deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the hospital setting. I also oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of our clinical staff, ensuring that they have the skills and resources to achieve our goals and mission. With a degree in Interdisciplinary Social Science and Communications from Florida State University, I have a strong background in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, which help me to build and maintain strong relationships with our hospital partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Before joining HNI Healthcare in 2020, I worked as a Medical Sales Representative at Alliance Family of Companies, where I developed and executed sales strategies, generated leads, and closed deals for various medical products and services. I have over 4 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of care delivery, enhancing patient satisfaction, and supporting the professional growth and development of our team members.
