I am the Chair of Latham & Watkins' Healthcare & Life Sciences Industry Group and split my time between our Orange County, California and Bay Area offices. My practice focuses on capital markets, with a particular emphasis on public and private securities offerings for issuers and underwriters in a range of industries, including life sciences, technology, and retail and consumer products. I also represent various public and private companies in general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, public company reporting, and stock exchange rules and requirements. I have had the privilege of living and working in Orange County for more than a decade, representing a variety of companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to some of the most prestigious public companies located around the world. I’ve also served as the former Managing Partner of the firm’s Orange County office, a former Global Co-Chair of the firm's Capital Markets Practice, and a Vice Chair of the firm's Associates Committee.
