About Shayne Rotte

With over 15 years experience working in Customer Orientated Industries, I have worked as a Team Leader within Conduent, and a Business Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Customer Service Representative with Xerox. Prior to that I worked as a Level 1 Helpdesk Analyst with ComputaCenter, spent 2 years prior to that working for Citiphone UK, the Customer Service section of Citibank UK, and a year and a half working in Abtran, Ireland’s largest outsourcer. Prior to these jobs I worked in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry in both Ireland and Spain. In these jobs I have grown professionally and personally, and had the ability to work well as part of a team or following my own initiative to meet targets and deadlines, liaising directly with other departments to resolve any outstanding issues and escalations in relation to customer queries, thereby ensuring that they are receiving the highest quality Service available. I have proven myself to be adaptable, a fast learner, a strong Team-Player, and I have a strong ability to work under pressure, adhering to personal and Company targets. My KPI’s are always within the specified Service Levels, and I have delivered consistently high quality on my calls. I was awarded a Distinction in the Further Education and Training Awards Council (FETAC) Level 6 Business Administration & Management Course by the Cork City Vocational Education Committee when completed in April 2011. Having spent 10 years in Cataluña, I have a strong knowledge of the local culture, and the Spanish language.
