I love technology. I love computers. I love how it help eases our daily lives and how it connects people from all over the world. I love it so much that i spend most of my time with it! My love for tech started young. I remember the day my dad brought computer hardware to the house. Back then, we had to assemble the computer ourselves. The different size boxes, the packaging, the design of it all. I still remember it. It still stuck inside my mind the sound of Windows 95 boot up and the iconic logo displays on the CRT screen in front of me. I was mesmerized to say the least. At the time internet connection was not available. So I toyed around with the built-in games, image editors (Paint, legendary) and such. Even with that I was having fun and keep on thinking how does this happen, and what makes it magical like this. Then, came the internet. It was a huge step in technology. I was instantly hooked. I never knew such an innovation would be at the tip of my fingers. I used it to learn about computers, such as the hardware, software, how to repair it, troubleshooting, upgrading it and also a bit of programming. And from that day on, I said to myself I’m going to get involved with this technology until the day I die. I was in love. That’s why I have dedicated my life to learn about technology. And I believe there is no better education than experience itself. That’s the main reason I search for jobs that entice me and I know that can feed my hunger of knowledge for tech, and what better way to understand technology than to provide help and support for it? I help technical companies with aiding their users or customers the best possible way. I believe great tech should come with great support. And that’s where I come in. With my love for technology and understanding of human behavior, I know I will solve people’s problem fast, efficiently and correctly.
