About Shea Donovan

I’m a "people-person" through and through - energized by human-focused work and endlessly curious about what makes both companies and the people within them thrive. I love setting big-picture strategy, but I’m just as comfortable rolling up my sleeves and making things happen. Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the most innovative companies - coaching leaders, shaping culture, designing training programs, and building processes that help people and businesses succeed together. At the heart of it all is my passion for meaningful change. I believe that if we want better outcomes, we have to try new approaches - whether that means rethinking how we hire, building smarter systems, or simply responding to people with more empathy. For me, change begins with making sure people feel genuinely seen and heard, and then creating the structures that allow them to thrive. Purposeful growth and the quest for betterment inspire me. You’ll find me diving into a creative project, exploring industry trends, reading a book that moves me, or deepening relationships - all while bringing integrity to everything I do (at work and beyond)!
