About Shea Goodner

My education and experience is not easily summed up in one "path," one role, one education program, and least of all one word. I am always in pursuit of learning, new ways to challenge myself, and look forward to the new relationships I will make along the way. As a history major in undergrad, I learned to think analytically and challenge my existing viewpoints and preconceptions. Using hands-on electrical and mechanical engineering experience I received in high school, I was able to further my education in a role as a production technician. As a result I have a thorough understanding of assembly processes, design, supply chain, and most importantly, I understand what it is to be on the manufacturing floor building complex machines. My respect and admiration for technicians will stay with me throughout my career. Now, in an administrative role in the operations arena, I am using my lessons learned as a humanities major along with the hands-on experience from my time as a technician. Through efficient shop management and assisting in developing manufacturing methods, I hope have a productive hand in ensuring smooth operation of a growing startup. I look forward to the future, and most of all look forward to what I can learn next.
