About Shea Lenniger

With a background in Communications and Cinematic Arts, I’ve navigated the ever-evolving world of media from the editorial desks of Billboard Magazine to the viral playground of TikTok. I started my career honing storytelling and copywriting skills at Billboard, then expanded my editorial expertise at Yahoo Entertainment, where I explored new ways to captivate audiences. From there, I joined the creative agency Sid Lee, working for three years on campaigns for Prime Video, Hulu, and Netflix, developing content that resonated with audiences. Managing TikTok accounts during that time gave me a crash course in short-form video and the fast-moving nature of viral content. More recently, I served as a Social Media Manager for an online learning company, where I led engagement strategy and community building, launching campaigns that resonated with a passionate base of learners. Currently, I’m a Digital Account Manager at 21Digby, a boutique digital agency where I lead content strategy, create engaging video and graphic assets (using Canva, Kapwing, and Adobe Premiere), plan and execute social media campaigns, and manage paid social ads across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. I love blending creative intuition with performance-focused thinking to help clients meet their goals and grow their digital presence. Outside of client work, I’ve also built a personal brand. My YouTube channel, launched five years ago, is now nearing subscribers and 4M+ views. I’ve been invited to speak on various podcasts and even taught a virtual session with Adobe on how to create more engaging videos with Premiere. I’m endlessly curious about how digital platforms evolve, and I’m passionate about creating content that not only grabs attention but drives results.
