In the mountains of Boone, North Carolina I obtained a bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture from Appalachian State University. While it was my love of the outdoors that initially sparked my interest in sustainable farming, a passion of growing high-quality, fresh food quickly emerged. Since graduation, I have gained vital hands-on experience through various jobs and internships in the Dominican Republic, North Carolina, Minnesota and Ohio.
