About Shea Phelan

Most staffing agencies push resumes, set poor expectations, and go quiet after placement. That's not us.I'm in Business Development at UNITAS, a clinical staffing firm led by Luke — a PharmD who personally hired and oversaw 300+ clinicians at a major PBM. We don't just fill roles — we understand the clinical world from the inside out.Clinician burnout is real. The shortage of clinical talent is real. And the impact on healthcare organizations trying to serve patients is real. Getting this right matters — and that's exactly what gets me out of bed every morning. There's nothing quite like connecting a burned-out clinician to a role where they can thrive, or watching a healthcare organization finally feel supported.I bring a track record to match that mission: Top 10 sales rep nationally out of Named one of Colorado's Most Powerful Salespeople by ColoradoBiz Magazine, 2019🥇 Midwest Sales Rep of the Year, 2023 Talent Unleashed Award, 2024 Top 5 representative nationally, 2025At UNITAS, we are building something special — and we're already making a real impact for clinicians and the healthcare organizations that need them.If you're a healthcare organization struggling to find and retain clinical talent, or a clinician looking for your next great opportunity — let's talk.On a personal note.Grew up in Vail, CO → ran Division I track at Colorado State → somehow ended up a proud Midwest husband and dad of 2 (3 if you count the pup ). Life has taken me to some amazing places along the way — including 2 Super Bowls with my awesome wife, one of them being Super Bowl 50, Peyton's last ride. Still gives me chills.#GoBroncos
