About Shea Sinnott

I’m a facilitator, educator, and program designer with over a decade of experience in the cleantech, climate innovation and advocacy space. I'm currently the Chief of Staff with SWTCH, a fast-growing company pioneering EV charging in dense urban environments across North America. I'm focused on communication and strategic alignment and improving how we work across the company. Before SWTCH, I spent four years with the Centre for Social Innovation and Social Innovation Canada, working closely with Foresight Canada, running cleantech accelerators like Accelerate from Anywhere and Earth Tech – our joint initiatives focused on supporting early-stage entrepreneurs developing technology to address the climate crisis. Over the years, I’ve held myriad roles with some stellar Canadian organizations! I hold a Master’s in Adult Education & Community Development from the University of Toronto.
