About Shea Williamson

I am an incoming senior at the Lacy School of Business at Butler University, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Strategic Communications. I’m passionate about brand storytelling, digital engagement, and building meaningful connections - skills I’ve honed through both academic work and hands-on experience. Currently, I serve as the Director of Primary Recruitment for Alpha Phi and as a Marketing and Communications Intern at DK Pierce. In these roles, I’ve led/will be leading recruitment initiatives, developed content strategies, and collaborated on campaigns that support both organizational goals and community engagement. My background also includes social media management, nonprofit campaign planning, and previous internships focused on community outreach and branding. Through these opportunities, I’ve developed a strong foundation in digital marketing, project coordination, and team leadership. I’m excited to keep growing in roles that blend creativity, communication, and impact.
