Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with executive teams to transform organizations through purposeful culture design, leadership development, and strategic HR transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at Oakview Group, I lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, modernize HR systems, and build leadership capability across diverse teams.
