My career has spanned healthcare, technology, and service industries — and the common thread has always been transforming complexity into clarity, and performance into purpose. At L3Harris, I lead cross-functional operations in a precision-driven environment that demands agility, accountability, and innovation. Before that, I spent several years at McKesson, where I managed healthcare operations teams and championed inclusion and leadership development as President of the ASPIRE Employee Resource Group. Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation in people leadership and performance management at Comcast and Asurion, leading high-volume teams and creating programs that improved service quality, engagement, and retention. Between those chapters, I built my entrepreneurial edge as a Business Consultant, helping small businesses grow through better systems and strategy.
