Having built professional relationships within my organization over the last several years I have obtained knowledge in different areas of the health insurance business from customer service, enrollment & eligibility, finance, and case installation. Past and current experience includes Hotel Management, Retail Management, Warehouse Laborer, and Personal Care, as well as being a licensed Cosmetologist. My work history, drive, and personality allows me to adapt in any environment, easily learn new data and skills, and given the job regardless of complexity get it DONE! In everything I do I act with integrity, excellence, and caring. Currently studying to be a LPN nurse and bridge to the RN program. I have a passion to lead and encourage the importance of empowering and engaging employees.
