Currently working on Cash-Flow Modelling (preparing Benefit Illustration) for Life Insurance products. My job responsibilities include: 1. Create new products, riders, add on ideas and recommend solutions to business challenges. To thoroughly understand the product construct, F&U document and product circular and create the Benefit Illustration model for ULIP, Traditional, Term products and capital guarantee combo solutions. To perform UAT (testing) for new products and for existing products where fresh development has been raised. Preparing excel calculators by using advance excel functions, Macros, etc. In my previous experience with Mercer, I worked on Actuarial Valuation of Defined Benefit pension plans for clients based in US and Asia. My job profile included: 1. Working on data to get it ready for estimating liabilities. 2.Estimating minimum required contributions and maximum deductible contributions. 3.Estimating the impact of assumption changes on liabilities. 5.Completing Government forms (5500 filing and PBGC). 6.Preparing valuation report. 7.Working on disclosures and expense report under US GAAP and IAS 19R accounting. 8.Working on coding plans from old software to new according to plan provisions. 9.Mentoring new hires in the team. 10.Involved in training program for the process. 11.Project management- Working with various analysts on different projects to meet the timeline and quality standards.
