Sheetal Jotwani is an enthusiastic & passionate OD Practitioner, Business, and NLP Coach beholding 20+ years of experience in the Corporate world. She is an internationally certified NLP Trainer and Coach. Having tasted the fruits of NLP's magical powers herself, she uses Nlp as a foundation to bring about a collective shift in people's mindsets and their way of being and delivering results. The outcome of this is continuously innovating, growing & highly evolving employees & organizations. In 2013, after working with corporates for about a decade, she decided to start her Entrepreneurial journey with her brainchild Innovix Training & Coaching. Through Innovix, she has facilitated offline & online training and coaching sessions for various corporate houses impacting people's mindsets & lives across the globe. She believes that Organization Culture transformation is the only strategy for extraordinary growth. She is on a mission to co-create a modern ecosystem in organizations.
