I have been working with IVSSG Private Limited since June 2019 to till date, where I have been responsible for managing various HR functions. I completed my PGDM in HR from Uma Krishna Shetty Institute in 2019. In my current role, I handle the hiring and termination procedures, including conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and preparing employment contracts. I also oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Furthermore, I manage performance appraisal programs, handle employee relations matters, and process payroll through HRMS Portal. I administer employee benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records through HRIS systems. Additionally, I provide guidance and support to HR team members, ensuring their professional development and adherence to HR policies. I stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and recommend changes to HR policies and practices as needed.
