9+ years of experience in the food sector, including the last 7 years working with stabilizers, emulsifiers, and other additives in dairy and non-dairy products in research and development and the quality department. My current responsibilities include product development, client technical assistance, and product commercialization. Project work on the development of stabilizer emulsifier systems and product as per customer and market requirements:> Dairy projects like Ice Cream, Frozen Dessert, Sorbet, Kulfi, Ice Lollies, and Extruded Water Ice Candy,> Dairy-based fermented products like Lassi, Buttermilk, Set/Fruit/Greek Yogurt, Yogurt drink and Non-Fermented products like Chocolate milk, Flavored Milk/Milk shake, High Protein Milk, Custard drink, Cooking Cream, Whipping cream, etc,> Non-dairy projects like Plant-Based Milk, Fruit Beverages, Whipping Cream, Cooking Cream, Cheese Analog, Cream Cheese, Mayonnaise, Water Jelly, and Confectionery etc.> Premix range of Millet-Based Smoothies, Millet Fruit Beverages, Millet porridge, Millet kheer, Millet based Meal Replacement, Millet Soups and Rasam,> Premix range of Ice-cream, Gelato, Soft Serve Ice-Cream, Whipping cream, yogurt, etc- Support the commercial team and provide technical support to customers- Successful testing in laboratory, pilot plant (Retort/Sterilizer, Ice-Cream, Bakery and Thermomix) and industrial trial- Investigating alternative design, directions and enhancing current product by creating new formulas- Designing of products (RM from the supplier to the FG to the client end).
